Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ticketty's website and applications (the "Platform"), including creating an account, listing tickets for resale, purchasing tickets, and using Ticketty's payment processing services.

By using Ticketty, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and Ticketty, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," "Ticketty"). "Platform" refers to our website, applications, and the listing, purchase, and payment services we provide.

Ticketty is a resale marketplace for event tickets — sports, concerts, and theatre. Tickets on Ticketty are listed by Ticketty on behalf of sellers, and Ticketty processes all payments made by buyers. Sellers submit tickets for resale; Ticketty lists them to buyers, collects payment from the buyer at the time of purchase, and releases both payment and ticket access according to the process described in these Terms.

To list, purchase, or manage a ticket, you must create an account with accurate, current information, including your name, email, and phone number.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or transfer your account to someone else.
• We may suspend or terminate any account, at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud.
• Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

• Only list tickets you legitimately own and have the right to resell.
• Listings must be accurate — correct event, date, and seat/section information.
• By submitting a ticket for resale, you authorise Ticketty to list it, collect payment on your behalf, and release it to a buyer.
• Ticketty may decline to list, or may remove, any listing that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these Terms.

When you purchase a resale ticket, you authorise Ticketty to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase price, plus any applicable service fee disclosed at checkout.

• Ticketty holds buyer payment until the ticket is released.
• Sellers are paid out after the buyer's ticket access has been confirmed, minus any applicable Ticketty service fee.
• Ticketty uses a third-party payment processor to handle transactions; you agree to that processor's applicable terms as well.

A buyer's purchase is not finalised and ticket access is not released until 60 minutes before the scheduled start time of the event.

• Before this window, your purchase is shown as "Pending" — payment has been collected, but the ticket has not yet been transferred to you.
• At the 60-minute mark, Ticketty confirms the ticket is still valid and transfers access (digital ticket, barcode, or transfer instructions) to the buyer.
• If a ticket cannot be delivered for any reason, Ticketty will provide a full refund as described in Section 10.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Attempt to sell the same ticket through multiple listings or platforms simultaneously.
• Use the Platform to scam, harass, or defraud other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform.
• Violate any applicable law in connection with your use of the Platform.

Any listing details, messages, or other content you submit to the Platform ("User Content") remains yours, but by posting it you grant Ticketty a licence to display, store, and use that content as needed to operate the Platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content.

Ticketty will issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• The seller fails to provide a valid ticket by the 60-minute release window.
• The ticket is confirmed invalid, duplicated, or does not match the listing.
• The event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketty and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, beyond the refund remedies described in Section 10.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ticketty harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us, once any pending transactions are complete. We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Platform, at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us with: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content and its location on the Platform, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.

• We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• These Terms may not be transferred by you without our consent.
